4 لا يكتفى المراهق بالدردشة عبر الإنترنت وإنما يسعى بعد فترة من الزمن إلى إقامة علاقة مباشرة، وهذا يؤدي إلى مزيد من الانحراف .
5. نسبة غالبة من الذين يقومون بالدردشة يقعون في وهم الحب، وهم غالبا في بداية مرحلة المراهقة وهذا يجعل حياتهم مليئة بالاضطرابات النفسية حيث انهم قد سمحوا لغرائزهم بالتفجر دون رقابة أو إرشاد .
و أخيرا تؤدي الدردشة إلى فضح الأعراض وكشف ما كان مستورا وهدم البيوت.والواقع انه يوجد كثير من أبناء مجتمعنا ذكورا وإناثا يعلن عن نفسه عن طريق صفحات الإنترنت عن الرغبة في الممارسات الغير أخلاقية مثل البغاء والفجور ، وهو يمثل إعلانا صريحا عن الفسق والفجور وتحريض على ارتكاب أفعال منافية للآداب

مبادئ الاستخدام الآمن

وحتى يشكل استخدام شبكة الإنترنت إضافة ودافعا من دوافع التنمية الذاتية والمجتمعية، بعيدا عن نسج الشراك العاطفية وحيل المشاعر المفخخة، علينا أن نستخدمه وفق احتياجنا، على أن نضع في الاعتبار أن هناك مبادئ أساسية لذلك الاستخدام، منها:

• حدد وقتا محددا للدخول إلى الإنترنت، ولا تسمح للعالم الافتراضي أن يسرقك من عالمك الواقعي واتصالاتك المباشرة بمحيطك.

• اجعل اهتمامك بالإنترنت جزءا من اهتمامك في الحقيقة، فإن كنت مثلا مهتما بالقضايا البيئية فحاول أن تجعل تلك المساحة تشغل الجزء الأكبر من اهتماماتك على الشبكة.

• لا تهمل علاقاتك الاجتماعية لحساب علاقات الإنترنت.

• حاول أن تتواصل مع أصدقائك الحقيقيين على الإنترنت قبل أن تتواصل مع أصدقاء جدد على الشبكة على أن يكون هذا التواصل في حدود علاقة الصداقة المنضبطة.

• لا تُزل الحواجز بين جهات الاتصال الخاصة بك على الإنترنت، ولا تجعل حياتكم الخاصة مسرحا للحديث والمناقشات، واحرص أن تكون القضايا العامة وموضوعات الاهتمام المشترك هي محل نقاشاتكم.

• كلما كان الأمر ممكنا لا تتح للجميع رؤية ملفاتك وبياناتك الخاصة.

• لا تشارك في المجموعات البريدية والمنتديات إلا وفق اهتماماتك ولا تجعل العلاقة مع بقية المشاركين تتجاوز ذلك الاهتمام.

• لا تعرض بياناتك الشخصية على الإنترنت إلا في حدود المطلوب، فمثلا من يهمه تاريخ ميلادي؟ ولماذا أحدد حالتي الاجتماعية؟ إلا إذا كنت أشارك في موقع للزواج مثلا.

• لا تتح التعبير عن حالتك المزاجية ورغباتك العاطفية على ملف بياناتك ما دام أنه لا ضرورة لهذا.. فغالبا ما يكون ذلك التعبير هو أول مداخل الصياد لفريسته.

• هناك حالات محددة أعرض فيها صورتي على الإنترنت، كأن أرسلها في سيرة ذاتية لوظيفة تتطلب أن أرفق صورتي معها.

• احرص أن يكون لك أكثر من بريد إلكتروني، بحيث يكون أحدهم للتراسل الرسمي والآخر للتواصل الأسري ومع الأصدقاء، على أن يكون البريد الأول على شبكة لا توفر خدمة برامج المحادثة المباشرة messenger..

• لا تتح أرقامك الهاتفية الخاصة على الانترنت إلا في حالة الضرورة، كأن تكون على صفحة للتوظيف، أو في إطار دعوة للحصول على معلومات، أو أن يخدم ذلك طبيعة عملك، وفي كل الأحوال يجب أن توضح سبب عرض تلك الأرقام.

• لا تقبل إضافة الغرباء على برامج المحادثات دون سبب مقنع.

• لا تبحث عن المشاعر على الشبكة العنكبوتية، وتأكد من أن الإنترنت مثل الهاتف وسيلة للاتصال وليس للتواصل.

• عند استخدامك للشات وبرامج المحادثة استخدم جملا قصيرة واضحة ومباشرة، وقلل من استخدام الرسوم التعبيرية، والكلمات التي تحمل أكثر من معنى.

• لا تتحدث مع شخص واحد على الشبكة بشكل يومي أو دوري ما دام الأمر لم يتطلب ذلك، كظروف العمل مثلا.

• قم بتنظيم برامج المحادثة بشكل دوري، وحذف كل من بات الأمر لا يستدعي وجوده على قائمتك.

• يجب ألا تتجاوز المحادثة الواحدة الوقت المطلوب لإنجاز سببها.

• استخدام الصوت والكاميرا يجب ألا يكون مع غير الأهل، وفي غير الضرورة.

• انقل علاقتك الثنائية على الإنترنت إلى المجال الأكثر اتساعا، أي احرص على المناقشة في إطار مجموعات وعلى ساحات المنتدى وليس بشكل ثنائي.

• في حالة استخدام الشات، استخدم فقط الغرفة العامة، وتأكد أن الدخول لغرفة خاصة يكافئ تماما الحديث مع غريب داخل حجرة مغلقة.

• كلماتك ترسم ملامحك في عيون الآخرين وعقولهم، فاعمل أن تكون كلماتك تعبيرا عنك أنت، وليس عن خيال أو شبح إنترنتي.

هناك ثلاثة أسباب رئيسية تجعل من الانترنت سببا في الإدمان:
• السرية – إن الإمكانية التي يوفرها الانترنت في الحصول على المعلومات، طرح الأسئلة والتعرف على الأشخاص دون الحاجة إلى تعريف النفس بالتفاصيل الحقيقية توفر شعورا لطيفا بالسيطرة. إلى جانب ذلك، فإن القدرة على الظهور كل يوم بشكل آخر حسب اختيارنا، تُعتبر تحقيقا لحلم جامح بالنسبة للكثير من الناس.

• الراحة – الانترنت هو وسيلة مريحة للغاية، وهو يتواجد عادة في البيت أو العمل، ولا يتطلب الخروج من البيت، السفر أو استعمال المبررات من أجل استعماله. هذا التيسير يوفر حضورا عاليا وسهولة فيما يتعلق بتحصيل المعلومات التي لم نكن لنقدر على تحصيلها بدون الانترنت .
• الهروب – مثل الكتاب الجيد أو الفيلم المثير، فإن الإنترنت يوفر الهروب من الواقع إلى واقع بديل. ومن الممكن للإنسان الذي يفتقر إلى الثقة بالنفس أن يصير دون جوان، ويجد الإنسان الانطوائي لنفسه أصدقاء، ويستطيع كل إنسان أن يتبنى لنفسه هوية مختلقة وأن يحصل من خلالها على كل ما ينقصه في الواقع اليومي والحقيقي.

ما هي آثار الإدمان السلبية؟
مشاكل صحية: يتسبب الإدمان في اضطراب نوم صاحبه بسبب حاجته المستمرة إلى تزايد وقت استخدامه للإنترنت حيث يقضي أغلب المدمنين ساعات الليل كاملة على الإنترنت، ولا ينامون إلا ساعة أو ساعتين حتى يأتي موعد عملهم أو دراستهم، ويتسبب ذلك في إرهاق بالغ للمدمن مما يؤثر على أدائه في عمله أو دراسته، كما يؤثر ذلك على مناعته؛ مما يجعله أكثر قابلية للإصابة بالأمراض، كما أن قضاء المدمن ساعات طويلة دون حركة تذكر يؤدي إلى آلام الظهر وإرهاق العينين، ويجعله أكثر قابلية لمرض النفق الرسغي (carpal tunnel syndrome).
مشاكل أسرية: يتسبب انغماس المدمن في استخدام الإنترنت وقضائه أوقات أطول وأطول عليه في اضطراب حياته الأسرية حيث يقضي المدمن أوقاتًا أقل مع أسرته، كما يهمل المدمن واجباته الأسرية والمنزلية؛ مما يؤدي إلى إثارة أفراد الأسرة عليه.

مشاكل في العمل: بسبب وجود الإنترنت في مكان عمل الكثير من الناس يحدث في بعض الأحيان أن يضيع العامل بعض وقت عمله في اللعب على الإنترنت، أو استخدامه في غير موطن تخصصه، ويشكل ذلك مشكلة أكبر إذا كان العامل مدمنًا للإنترنت، كما أن سهر مدمن الإنترنت طيلة ساعات الليل يؤدي إلى انخفاض مستوى أدائه لعمله. ولحل تلك المشكلة يقوم بعض رؤساء الأعمال بتركيب أجهزة مراقبة على شبكات الكمبيوتر في محل عملهم؛ للتأكد من استخدام الإنترنت فقط في مجال العمل
